Across very different industries — consumer SaaS, retail commerce, global logistics, enterprise finance.
The throughline: I learn any unfamiliar domain fast, then ship it 0→1.
My deepest AI build — an AI-native influencer-marketing SaaS I'm driving 0→1, where I vibe-code features hands-on with AI tools myself, not just spec them. Launching 2026.
A large, complex community + commerce + creator-economy app — I shipped the full commerce stack end-to-end: catalog, cart, orders, payments, promotions and tax, integrated across enterprise retail systems. Live on the US App Store.
Customer-facing WeChat mini-program for global shipping — containers, schedules, pricing, booking & support; seeded a multi-year AIGC roadmap and named Best Business Opportunity Contributor.
An enterprise AI reconciliation assistant for Tapestry finance — matching retail sales to SAP journal entries — which I led as PM, reporting directly to the APAC Finance VP.
A gamified MLB fan-experience demo I built entirely on my own — designed and vibe-coded end-to-end with AI tools: pick an avatar, pick a team, run game-day tasks. Playable live.
2019 – 2020I build with AI every day — prototyping, vibe-coding, shipping real products. When anyone can generate almost anything, output stops being the moat. Judgment and taste are: knowing what's worth making, and what good looks like before it exists.
Knowing what good looks like before it exists is the most underrated product skill. Aesthetic judgment is a requirement, not a garnish.
Most failed products answer the wrong question beautifully. I spend disproportionate time framing what good actually means before building.
AI ships my ideas now. The job has shifted from writing documents to giving precise creative direction — context, constraints, taste.
Looking to hire, partner, or build an AI product together? Whether it's a 0→1 role or an idea we could prototype and ship side by side, tell me what you're working on — it comes straight to me.
